Treasure hunt for 40th birthday bash

I am planning a treasure hunt for my brother's 40th birthday party bash in South Africa. It is going to be a lot of laughs.

Treasure hunt organizer gets so many compliments

Hi,

I used your treasure hunt for my best friend's 40th birthday party. I did not know most of the people that came; so, I was a little nervous about pulling the whole thing off. I purchased your delightfully easy-to-implement treasure hunt only about ten days before the party.

We all had so much fun! The guests were laughing constantly and couldn't wait to reach the actual treasure. There were groups of her friends from all different backgrounds--many of whom who seemed reluctant to mix with the others. The treasure hunt was so wonderful that new friendships were formed, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses were exchanged, and my husband and I are enjoying a reputation for being the best party givers ever.

We received so many compliments, you just would be amazed. My friend for whom the party was given was at her office the next day; and, she said the people that had elected not to come were very disappointed when they heard how much fun everyone else had. One young lady upon leaving said to me that she would like to be invited to the next party I have. I had to laugh as I had never met her prior to my friend's party.

It has been nearly a month; and, we are still the talk of the town so to speak. We live in one of those areas where everyone knows everyone else's business whether they know you or not. I imagine you should be receiving a lot of hits from the folks in Salinas, California so they too can give the greatest party ever.

Not only did your program delight every single last party guest; but, it was easy for me to arrange as well. You have a remarkable product that will serve well for years as it is true quality. A rare find today! Thank you so very much.

Sincerely

Thirty teenagers kept busy in treasure hunt

Thank you for the planning kit. The treasure hunt was a success. We named the stations Cannibal Island, where they had to eat flesh bottom feet with Rat Scat and whisker sauce (sushi with soy sauce) and Baby Rat eyeballs for dessert (Boba gelatin balls), Mexico Mathematico, where they completed a series of problems, Tour De France, Where they completed a bicycle obstacle course, Kansas City, where as a group they raced to bite the corn off the husk and fill their group cup with corn for the hungry crows, St.Francis Hospital, where they completed a "name the human bones" drawing and each took a turn on the game operation to remove the bones, Figi Island, where one person from the group needed to retrieve fresh water balloons ( water balloons) and bring them back to camp!

They all had a good time. We had about thirty teenagers, both boys and girls, so it was a great activity to bring them all together. Thanks!

After reading your book, my mind is reeling with ideas

My treasure hunt is taking place in California. It is my daughter's 13th birthday party with a pirate theme. She loves pirates of the Caribbean. The guests are aged 12-13

My mind is reeling with ideas! We have a swimming pool,

so one activity for sure will be to put a note to the birthday girl in a plastic bottle weighted down so it will float straight up and down. They will have to 'fish' out the correct bottle using the skimmer net and give it to my daughter to read. Either that or the treasure map will be one of the bottles and they have to fish through bottles until they find the right one. I'll give you an outline of what we did with it later.

Blessings

Really easy to use Treasure Hunt

We really enjoyed the treasure hunt and it was super easy. I've created my own "hunts" for years, but this game allowed my hunt to be longer and more creative. I will continue to use the game.

Treasure Hunt is easy ready to go package

The treasure hunt went very well, thanks! I was in a big rush, since my daughter decided last minute she'd like to have a birthday party, but we had it yesterday for a group of older teen girls. I've done several treasure hunts before--some of my own devising--but yours was a nice ready-to-go package, which is what I needed. Definitely worth the money. I especially liked your suggestions to have a variety of challenges that would speak to all the teammates various strengths. We live on 5 acres and also have various buildings that can be part of a hunt, so ours lasted about 1 1/2 hours! The girls kept very busy!

Anyway, thanks for making a good product.
